Our coffee menu runs its own way. Signature lattes come with names and set recipes, including the Rip 6 and its six espresso shots. Classic lattes are yours to steer with the same flavor list, and there is cold brew, Americanos and chai alongside them, with almond and oat milk if you like. Every espresso drink comes off one house blend roasted in Iowa. It has a drive-thru lane and we are open 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through Saturday, from 7:00 AM on Sunday. Blue Springs, at 1286 NE Coronado Dr, has a drive-thru and a walk-up window and opens at 5:30 AM Monday through Saturday, which makes it our earliest door anywhere if your morning starts before everyone else’s.
