How do I earn points?
You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on drinks or catering at any Hyper Energy Bar location. On Tuesdays you earn double — 2 points per $1 all day. Note: gift card purchases do not earn points.
Do my points expire?
No — your Hyper Rewards points never expire. Keep earning and they’ll be there whenever you’re ready to redeem.
How does the sign-up reward work?
When you join Hyper Rewards, you get a free small or medium drink on your next visit — no points needed, just show up. Welcome to the team!
Why did I only earn 6 points on a $7 drink?
Our pricing is tax-inclusive, so when you see a $7 drink, that total already includes sales tax. Rewards points are earned on the pre-tax amount, which is why you may see 6 points instead of 7.
How do I check my Hyper Rewards points balance?
Ask your Energista at any Hyper Energy Bar location — they can pull up your account using your phone number. You can also view your balance through the rewards portal on this page.
What can I get with my points?
Redeem your points for discounts on drinks and snacks — every 50 points equals $5 off, up to $50 off at a time. Points cannot be used on merchandise or gift card purchases.
How do "Double Points Tuesdays" work?
Every Tuesday you automatically earn 2 points for every $1 spent — all day, no code needed. It's the best day to stock up on your Hyper favorites.
Can I earn and redeem points at any Hyper Energy Bar location?
Yes. Because your rewards are linked to your phone number, you can earn and redeem points at any Hyper Energy Bar location — no app or card needed, just give your number at the counter.
Can I use my points on merchandise?
No. Points are currently redeemable only for food and beverages in-store. Check out the Hyper merch store to shop apparel and accessories.
How does the birthday free drink work?
Hyper Rewards members get a free small or medium drink on their birthday. Stop by on your actual birthday and show a valid ID to redeem it — no points required.
